   Themes purchased on Ecommua are licensed for use on your own store and may not be resold or redistributed in their original form.

   You may customize a theme for your own business within the limits of your chosen plan.

   Payments and plans

   Fees are charged according to the plan you choose and shown clearly before checkout.

   Unless stated otherwise, recurring fees renew automatically until you cancel.

   Content and responsibility

   You are responsible for the products, images and content published on your store.

   Ecommua is not liable for damages arising from misuse or unlawful conduct by users.

   Termination and changes

   We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.
